Motaah connects candidates and employers in a two-sided marketplace, taking hiring from discovery through real-time conversation and live video interviews inside the app.

Real-time messaging needed instant delivery and reliable synchronisation across two role-based apps — solved with Pusher Channels and a Bloc-driven message layer.

In-app interviews required embedding the Zoom Video SDK with correct runtime permissions and robust join/leave/end call lifecycle handling.

• Implemented predictable state management with Bloc/Cubit, enforcing separation of concerns across complex multi-step flows.
• Built in-app real-time chat with Pusher Channels for instant, synchronised messaging between candidates and employers.
• Implemented in-app video meetings using the Zoom Video SDK — meeting rooms, runtime camera/mic permissions, and full call lifecycle.
• Integrated REST APIs and transactional notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging for interview and status updates.
